Filing Guidelines

Log files used for investigation (e.g. security breaches, policy violation) must be retained for at least one year after investigation completed, in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 460, s. 5 (1).
