Construction and Renovations
Records relating to the planning, design, construction or renovations of buildings, facilities and infrastructure projects at the University. Records may include project development documentation, copies of building plans and specifications, requests for proposals or bids, construction contracts and documents relating to contract administration, permits from authorities having jurisdiction, testing or inspection reports, copies of commissioning reports and certificates of completion/occupancy. Note: York University Development Corporation (YUDC) serves as the private real estate developer and consultant to the University. Records relating to the land use of the University and campus development may exist in both the University and YUDC. Despite the overlapping of the records, only those maintained by the University are subject to this Schedule.
