Construction and Renovations - Building Plans
Consists of records relating to the maintenance of building plans and other long-retention documents for construction or renovation projects at the University. Records may include approved building plans, specifications and acceptance or commissioning documentation. Note: York University Development Corporation (YUDC) serves as the private real estate developer and consultant to the University. Records relating to the land use of the University and campus development may exist in both the University and YUDC. Despite the overlapping of the records, only those maintained by the University are subject to this Schedule.
