Consists of records relating to the planning and administration of security services at the University including patrolling, emergency response, crime prevention and safety programs. Records may include security reports, security assessments and medical reports, CCTV log books and officer log books.

FCL61 - Investigation Case Files for CCTV images that are used in an investigation
Retention based on anticipated operational use.
CCTV images held on the hard drive will be automatically overwritten when the drive is full which may take two weeks to two months. CCTV images used for investigation purposes are kept in Investigation Case Files (FCL61).
