Consists of records relating to consideration of YUFA members in the University libraries applying for tenure and/or promotion (including advancement to candidacy) based on evaluations of professional performance and knowledge, service, and professional development. Records include application forms, decision letters, letter of recommendation, curriculum vitae, confidential letters of reference and supporting documentation.

The application form and decision letter are retained permanently. All other records held by the OPR should be destroyed 7 years after decision.
