Administration and Governance
Records relating to the administration and governance of York University and units within the University.
Consists of records relating to proceedings and actions of standing, joint, ad hoc and subcommittees, advisory boards, task forces, etc., pertaining to administration and governance, which are not Senate, Board of Governors, or Faculty Committees. They may have highly specific or broad areas of concern. Includes records of Presidential, Chancellor, and Decanal search committees. Records may include agenda packages, minutes, reports, working papers, presentations, related documentation and correspondence.
Office of Primary Responsibility
When committee established by more than one unit, committee shall determine the office of primary responsibility

Destroy after Archives review
Until operational use ceases
