Legal Services - Case Files
Consists of records relating to users of legal services. Records may include client financial and demographic information, signed retainer docket sheet, consultation notes summaries, disclosure package, legal correspondence, medical reports, orders, counselling and referrals.

Retention based on anticipated operational use.
The closing letter or docket must be retained permanently; all other records should be destroyed 7 years after the last action on the file.
