Consists of records relating to complaints regarding allegations of unfairness in a university policy, process or procedure or allegations of discrimination and/or harassment. Records may include correspondence, interview summaries, advisor notes and settlement agreements. Note: This file class covers records created before the ombuds function was moved to the Office of the President in 2009.
