Consists of records relating to committee consideration of honorary degree recipients. Records may include nominations, supporting documentation and correspondence.

For case files of candidates selected to receive honorary degrees, retain 3 years

Case files for candidates not selected to receive honorary degrees are retained for 5 years and are either destroyed or returned to the pool of potential nominees
