Information Technology and Information Management
Records relating to the management of York University's information technology, information assets and cultural resources.
Consists of records relating to the acquisition and management of the University's collections of artwork and museum artifacts including appraisal, cataloguing, preservation, lending and de-accessioning of the collections. Records may include donation agreements, commission contracts, appraisal documents, annual condition reports, loan agreement and exhibition histories.

A signed copy of any contract or agreement with a value over $100,000 or a term of 5 years or more when worth over $50,000, or that is university wide when worth over $50,000, or that is complex when worth over $50,000 shall be deposited with the University Secretariat.
