Consists of records relating to the planning and conduct of celebrations, special days, anniversaries, recognition events, receptions, parties, reunions, homecomings, launches, openings and other special events organized by the University or units to enhance the University identity and recognition. Records may include proposal, budget, invitation and attendance lists, programs, protocol, publicity, contracts and agreements, permits, releases and certificates, speech texts, presentations, media releases, photographs and recordings, reports, administrative logistics and correspondence.
